RECRUITERS is seeking an experienced Insurance Agent in Navan for an Irish-owned brokerage. The role is fully office-based, with face-to-face client interactions for quotes, policy changes, MTAs and renewals.

You’ll handle car, home and commercial vehicle policies, work on new business quotes and client queries, and join a supportive, high-performing in-office team. A background in insurance and progress toward the APA qualification are highly regarded.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in an insurance role (broker or insurer).
• Actively working towards APA qualification through the Insurance Institute.
• Background in sales and a genuine interest in helping people.

We’re working with a long-standing, Irish-owned insurance brokerage that’s growing its team in Navan. They’re now looking to hire an experienced Insurance Agent — someone with experience in the industry who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

About the role:

This is a fully office-based role, but it's important to say — this isn’t a call centre setup. You’ll be working face-to-face with customers who call into the office, as well as handling calls and enquiries from existing and new clients. You’ll be helping people with new quotes, policy changes, MTAs, and queries about renewals.

You’ll be dealing with car, home, and commercial vehicle insurance — so ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar personal lines role before.
