Job summary

Based in Kilkenny, Howden Ireland is recruiting an Administration Executive to provide full office-based support to the team and help drive efficient administration processes.

You will assist Account Executives with submissions, data input, document handling, post management and diary control, while liaising with Credit Control and ensuring compliance. A clear progression path to Account Executive and exposure to an insurance qualification is available within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years administration experience preferred.
• Willingness to progress to Account Executive level.
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow good practice to serve client's interests.
• Assist Account Executives with administration and support functions.
• Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues as required.
• Prepare company post for collection and manage weekly arrears updates.
• Adhere to Compliance and Health & Safety policies.
• Manage diary to meet customer, compliance and quality needs.
