Job summary

Howden Ireland, based in Kilkenny, is seeking an Administration Executive to support the team with all administrative matters. This role is fully office based and offers progression within the department.

You will assist Account Executives with submissions, data input, scanning and document handling, while promoting compliance and efficient diary management. Previous admin experience and an interest in pursuing insurance qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in an administration role is desirable.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with submissions, data entry, document handling and mid-term adjustments.
• Handle finance tasks and client accounts as needed.
• Prepare daily post for collection and report arrears weekly.
• Ensure compliance with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy; maintain effective diary management.
