Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Senior Analyst in Dublin (hybrid) to design and deliver sales training, create resources, and assess ROI of learning initiatives. You will coach teams, administer courses via LMS, and collaborate with leaders to enhance development programs.

Applicants should have 1+ year in sales training or mentoring and 2+ years in outbound sales, plus a Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work in Dublin 2 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The Instructor Senior Analyst is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics. The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor‑led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in delivering effective sales training curricula.
• Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead
• Expertise around sales training and sales development
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Hybrid in Dublin 2
