Circet Ireland is hiring Installation Technicians in Munster (Clare / Kerry / Limerick / Tipperary). You will deliver cutting edge full fibre broadband installation and repair services, prioritising customer experience and safety standards.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays and full training provided. You will organise schedules, work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, and maintain high levels of customer service while ensuring safety and

Qualificações

• Full clean driving license (manual) and authorisation to work in Ireland.

• Telecoms background preferred; training provided for new entrants.
• Strong customer-facing skills and priority on safety.

Responsabilidades

• Organise daily/weekly schedule to ensure timely installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role, completing multiple installations daily.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents and clients.
• Perform full broadband installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to improve performance.
• Uphold Circet safety standards and address potential risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

We Are Hiring!

Circet Ireland are currently hiring for Installations Technicians in Munster (Clare / Kerry / Limerick / Tipperary).

As an Installation Technician, you will deliver cutting edge full fibre broadband installation and repair services, prioritising a seamless customer experience and ensuring Circet’s industry-leading standards of health & safety are upheld.

Installation Technicians work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including rotating Saturdays.

Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities of an Installation Technician:

• Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals.
• Work outdoors in a very physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions to complete multiple installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution focused.
• Expertly perform full broadband installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to quality and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues and managers to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
• Consistently meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements:

• Full Clean Driving License (Manual).
• Authorisation/Permit to work in Ireland full time.
• Ability to excel in a very physically demanding role that requires regular pole/ladder climbing, working underground and manual handling of heavy weight in potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements regardless of their technical knowledge.
• A telecoms background is preferred, but we will train technicians who are brand new to the industry with the right attitude, personality and transferrable skillset.
• Good base understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in engineering.
• Comfort and ability to work at heights.
