Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Installation Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to install and commission automated storage systems across Ireland. The role involves mechanical installation, some electrical fault finding, and working with specialist equipment, with full OEM training and opportunities for long-term progression.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, with installation, maintenance or servicing experience, and a full driving licence.

Are you a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in installation, maintenance or servicing, looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a specialist engineering industry?

You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of automated storage and retrieval systems at customer sites across Ireland, working as part of a close-knit engineering team. The role will involve mechanical installation, some electrical fault finding and working with specialist equipment, with full training provided on the company's systems.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Installation Engineer or Service Engineer with practical engineering experience, looking to develop their skills within a niche industry offering excellent training, long-term progression and the opportunity to work on specialist equipment.

The Role:

• Installation and commissioning specialist machinery at customer sites across Ireland.
• Mechanical installation, working with bearings and electrical systems
• Specialist OEM training, with opportunities to develop mechanical and electrical skills.

The Candidate:

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background, ideally with installation, maintenance or servicing experience.
• Good mechanical knowledge and some electrical understanding, ideally including three-phase systems.
• Full driving licence.
• Looking to develop their skills within a specialist engineering industry.
