Mechanical Installation Fitter / Installer

Electro Automation is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for a hands‑on Mechanical Installation Fitter / Installer to join our progressive team of technicians and electricians. If you like variety, hate repetitive days, and enjoy making things work in the real world, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You will install and commission a wide range of Electro Automation products, including automatic doors, gates, barriers, parking systems, and bespoke mechanical setups. The role involves working across both commercial and residential sites, with each day bringing different environments and installation challenges.

Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise

You will have strong mechanical instincts and solid site experience, ideally with a background in steel fabrication, welding, sheet‑metal work, or a similar discipline. You should be confident using tools, comfortable working on mechanical installations, and able to problem‑solve and adapt on the fly. Experience working in real‑world site environments is important, along with a strong awareness of safety and the ability to work alongside skilled technicians.

You are comfortable travelling to sites across the region and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills. You take ownership of your work, see tasks through properly, and bring a positive attitude to working as part of a team.
