Apex Pros Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is seeking a detail-oriented Installations Coordinator to manage scheduling, assign skilled field personnel, and ensure timely, high-quality installations. You will liaise with customers, dispatch technicians, and coordinate permits and financing processes to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Strong experience with ServiceTitan, plus proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word and Google Workspace, is required.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of home service experience.
• Prior experience with ServiceTitan.
• Strong time management and accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word and Google Workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the scheduling of installations.
• Assign and allocate field personnel based on skills.
• Maximize daily scheduling to meet goals.
• Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates.
• Dispatch installation technicians daily.
• Provide detailed job information to installers the day before.
• Secure permits as needed for jobs.
• Communicate daily with installers to track progress.
• Adjust schedules to ensure on-time, quality completion.
• Coordinate with warehouse to start equipment/parts acquisition.
• Track job status and backlog on spreadsheets.
• Assist with financing and close paperwork with customers.
