Job summary

Nixon McQuade is seeking an insolvency solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its expanding international insolvency practice. The role involves cross-border matters and interfacing with prominent financial services clients in high-value disputes.

You will work alongside Partners and Senior Associates on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and debt restructuring, with strong career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE with experience in Insolvency & Commercial litigation.
• Academically strong.
• Trained at mid-tier or top-tier law firm or equivalent.
• Commercially aware and understand the clients perspective.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Work on general commercial litigation, financial services litigation and dispute resolution.
• Handle both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and debt restructuring matters.
• Contribute to cross-border insolvency matters alongside partners and senior associates.
