Job summary

Our client, a top international firm, is seeking a solicitor to join its insolvency and restructuring team in Dublin. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters and advises clients on complex cross-border insolvency issues.

You will help manage cases across all court levels, liaise with counsel and management, and work with creditors, directors and liquidators on insolvency-related matters. 2+ years PQE preferred; insolvency experience is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE (preferred).
• Insolvency experience is a plus but not essential.
• Experience advising on cross-border insolvency matters is beneficial.

Responsibilities
