Job summary

Achuman Capital, on behalf of a leading Dublin law firm, seeks a Solicitor to join its Corporate team. You will advise Irish and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including significant M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.

The role requires 2+ years PQE, strong corporate law experience, and excellent drafting, negotiation, and client liaison skills. You will work closely with partners and colleagues and have clear opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Experience handling M&A and cross-border transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on significant domestic and cross-border corporate matters.

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Dublin for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Corporate team, advising leading Irish and international companies, financial institutions, public sector bodies and entrepreneurs on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters.

The role will involve advising on significant M&A transactions, investments, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters. The successful candidate will manage key transaction workstreams, draft and negotiate corporate documentation, and liaise directly with clients and advisers.

• 2+ years’ PQE;
