Job summary

Harry Walsh Associates Ltd. is seeking an Innovation Lead (Product Development) to bridge product strategy, innovation, and technical delivery.

The role combines product thinking, stakeholder alignment, innovation leadership, and hands-on technical oversight to deliver business value and guide engineering execution, including AI-enabled capabilities. Qualifications

5 years in product, delivery, or engineering lead role, interfacing with internal & external stakeholders.
Experience building scalable solutions.
Consulting experience (advantageous).
Ability to demonstrate exposure to AI and data concepts and their practical application.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital, software, data and innovation engagements, from discovery and planning through execution, release and client handover.
Translate business and client requirements into clear solution requirements, delivery plans, prioritised backlogs, milestones and measurable outcomes.
Provide credible technical leadership across software engineering, data engineering, cloud, analytics, AI and related digital solutions, while drawing on MOYO South Africa for specialist architecture and deep technical expertise.
Engage in early project and pre-execution phases to assess feasibility, delivery approach, resource requirements, dependencies, risks and solution options.
Own project delivery disciplines including scope, timelines, budget awareness, resource coordination, risk management, quality, governance and status reporting
