New Relic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Engineering team with a focus on network infrastructure and AI enablement. You will own and improve core network infrastructure across our global offices, deploying and governing AI platforms and automations while balancing security and usability.

You will partner with Security, Compliance, Facilities, IT Support, and Engineering teams and have room to lead projects and shape the roadmap in a flexible, hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall).
• Hands‑on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude or similar).
• Proficiency in a scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
• Understanding of data security principles as they apply to AI usage (data classification, DLP, least privilege).
• Strong critical thinking and written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve core network infrastructure across global offices.
• Drive technical rollout and governance of AI platforms.
• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure globally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve office network issues including Wi‑Fi, VLANs, DHCP and DNS.
• Manage ISP relationships, circuit procurement, installs, renewals and SLAs.
• Plan and execute office network builds with Facilities and Security.
• Build AI-powered automations and enforce AI usage controls.
• Operate Zero Trust and security infrastructure (Cloudflare, VPN, firewall).
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Facilities and Engineering teams.
• Participate in a global on‑call rotation.
