Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Industry Strategy Manager for Digital Project Delivery in Ireland. Lead strategy for project data management and design management solutions, collaborating with Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape market opportunities and go-to-market plans.

The role requires deep BIM knowledge, experience delivering digital projects across disciplines, and proficiency in ISO 19650 processes.

Qualifications

BS, BEng or equivalent degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in the AEC industry or in strategy/product/consulting/go-to-market serving it.
Demonstrable experience with information management at project or programme scale.
Knowledge in ISO 19650, applied on projects.
Working knowledge of AEC data standards and interoperability.
Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools targeting architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
Ability to travel, including internationally.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the digital project delivery vision and strategy for Autodesk, informed by internal and external research across the market, competitors, and customer audiences.
Lead cross-functional programs that take a data management initiative from strategy through launch, coordinating across teams to a shared plan and timeline.
Translate ISO 19650 information management practice into product requirements and market-facing positioning.
Work with the strategy team to create business cases to drive sales channels, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions, and the executive briefings that carry them.
Work with product teams to clearly communicate key customer value propositions and workflow requirements, representing the voice of the customer on price, package, position, and business models.
Monitor business performance; document and report on usage, adoption, customer acquisition and retention, and adjust go-to-market plans.
Build and maintain the business plan for data management growth, including adoption, expansion, and customer migration paths.
Work with sales to develop and achieve success, define and develop appropriate sales plays and tools, and support marketing execution to create the content behind them.
Represent Autodesk within industry organisations and at industry events, including data standards and information management bodies, and as a point of contact for industry specialists, research analysts, key press, and other third parties.
