Job summary

Orange Recruitment seeks an experienced Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to lead site-based cleaning teams across industrial and commercial projects in Ireland. You will oversee daily workloads, maintain safety and quality standards, and act as the main contact between the team and site management.

This hands-on role focuses on practical supervision on client sites, driving performance and ensuring timely delivery of projects with opportunities for progression within a growing services company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams within industrial cleaning or facilities services.
• Strong hands-on background in specialist cleaning operations.
• Good understanding of risk assessments, health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based cleaning teams across industrial and specialist cleaning projects.
• Oversee daily workloads and ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Monitor work quality and ensure standards across all sites.
• Carry out site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure procedures are followed.
