Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a large cleaning team at a prestigious site in Ireland. You will supervise staff, cover sickness/holidays, audit stock, and ensure cleaning standards meet KPI/SLA targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include site cleanliness, routine inspections, and collaboration with operatives to deliver efficient service. A full driving license is preferred and COSHH knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full driving license preferred.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety guidelines.
• Good eye for detail and reliability.
• Able to work well with a team and take pride in work.
• Flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site, covering sickness and holidays.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA targets and meet them monthly including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain strong working relationships with operatives.
• Ensure cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance.
• Work as part of a team to prepare cinemas for the public.
