Job summary

Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists is seeking a Working Supervisor in Dublin City Centre. The role involves supporting on-site management, ensuring high standards of cleaning service, and maintaining client relationships while supervising staff during shifts.

The position requires availability Monday-Sunday, early morning or afternoon shifts, and flexibility with time. You will report to the Site Manager and contribute to a professional, compliant work environment.

• Represent Derrycourt in a professional, friendly manner.
• Uphold the ethics and legal obligations of Derrycourt at all times.
• Carry out routine administrative tasks.
• Work according to a formal appraisal system.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of the Derrycourt team in a fast paced hospitality enviornment.
• Support the delivery of a superior service and provide an on-site Management function.
• Maintain client relationships and employee relationships while upholding standards.
• Report to Site Manager and perform set daily tasks as assigned.
• Train, coach and mentor new team members; participate in induction and reviews.
