Job summary

Egmont in Dublin seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead a flagship residential timber-frame development. This 18-month project delivers 55 high-quality homes and requires full site ownership, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and top standards.

This hands-on, standalone role calls for strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage programme, materials, subcontractors and Procore-driven documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a full site independently.
• Strong understanding of timber frame housing.
• Ability to manage programme, logistics, and contractors confidently.
• Competent with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to make confident decisions without hesitation.

Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of the site
• Reading, interpreting, and working from construction drawings
• Ordering and managing materials
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors
• Ensuring all works comply with building regulations and company standards
• Using Procore to manage documentation, reporting, and project workflows
• Overseeing onsite H&S and ensuring compliance at all stages
• Working closely with the site admin / BCAR personnel and site engineer (engineer starting in January)
