INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager for a residential development in Laois. The role focuses on timber frame construction, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and delivering on time with high quality and safety standards.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership and independent working ability in a housing project.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager within residential construction.
• Essential experience in housing developments and timber frame construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential build processes, sequencing and site coordination.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily site operations on a timber frame residential development.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
• Coordinate material deliveries, plant and resources to ensure efficient site operations.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
• Liaise with the wider project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements.
