Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an In-House Recruitment Specialist for a 12-month contract in Ireland. The role focuses on owning the recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of positions and delivering strong hiring outcomes.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, craft engaging job descriptions, and proactively source candidates through multiple channels to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house recruitment or agency recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting across a mixture of roles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies with attention to detail.
