Job summary

Broadline Group seeks a Recruiter for our Kilcarbery office, managing a busy permanent desk across Ireland. The role emphasises hospitality/catering recruitment with an established client base and a clear path for growth. Training is provided, and a strong industry background is valued for success.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with an attractive commission structure and career progression within a supportive culture. Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in recruitment or senior Hotel industry management.
• Experience placing candidates into Hospitality/Catering permanent roles.
• Excellent industry knowledge and customer service passion.

Responsibilities

Broadline Group is looking for a Recruiter to join our office in kilcarbery. You will be working on a busy perm desk. This role is working on live permanent jobs within the daytime operators across Ireland. The ideal recruiter must come from a strong Hospitality / Catering background minimum three to five years. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has been highly successful in their career and looking for a work/life balance. The successful candidate for the Recruiters position will be managing the recruitment cycle for day-to-day operation. This role will involves placing candidates into multiple Hospitality / Catering permanent jobs. The successful recruiter will work on an established desk with excellent opportunity to gain experience in this role.

All training is provided, but a driven candidate with excellent industry knowledge would be an advantage. You must come from a Hospitality /Catering background as industry knowledge is necessary.

Recruiters Requirements:

• The successful recruiter will need minimum three to five years’ experience in the recruitment sector or a senior candidate in the Hotel industry in Management or Kitchen.
• The recruiter will be placing successful candidates into fantastic positions.
• Strong people skills are essential.
