Job summary

Inova Group is seeking an ambitious in-house Legal Counsel to join our growing team and work closely with our Chief Legal Officer. This role moves beyond advisory work, partnering with project teams across land acquisition, development, construction, financing and operations for renewable energy projects.

You’ll collaborate with Development, Commercial, Engineering and Finance to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in Ireland with 3–5 years post-qualification experience or equivalent.
Experience in real estate, commercial contracts, construction or project finance.
Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills with ability to communicate advice clearly.
Exposure to corporate transactions, fundraising, debt financing or M&A is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating land agreements, leases, easements, wayleaves and other development documents.
Supporting title reviews, due diligence and site assembly for renewable energy projects.
Advising on planning, permitting and grid connection, coordinating with external advisers as needed.
Supporting project finance, corporate funding, investor documentation and due diligence.
Providing practical legal advice with commercially balanced recommendations.
Developing and refining templates, processes and ways of working with external advisers.
Contributing to cross-functional collaboration and ownership across the organisation.
