Job summary

Bon Secours Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Tralee, with onsite requirement and a fixed-term contract through August 2027. The role covers recruitment for Bon Secours Hospital Tralee and may support Cork and Care Village recruitment.

You will partner with managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end processes, support onboarding, ensure compliance with employment law, and contribute to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Third‑level qualification (NFQ Level 7+) in HRM or related field; or QQI Level 5/6 with substantial experience.
• Desirable: CIPD qualification or postgraduate HR qualification.
• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex multi department organisation.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Experience in Workday or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a seamless candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes to set new hires up for success.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and recruitment policies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the organisation as an Employer of Choice.
