Job summary

Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) invites a Social Service Executive to support financially vulnerable individuals with maintenance rights and marital information. You will assist in MSC operations and manage programme activities, including a focus on the Single Mothers Programme and advocacy projects.

You will collaborate with social service agencies and government bodies to refer clients to suitable services and contribute to programme development and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates may apply; candidates with relevant experience have an advantage.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, client-centred support to individuals via calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, referrals, etc.
• Assist clients with Fresh Maintenance and Enforcement applications and guide through the process.
• Explain Family Law procedures and terminology clearly to clients.
• Coordinate MSC's twice-monthly legal clinics for smooth operations.
• Plan and coordinate MSC outreach initiatives, including MSC Talks.
