Job summary

AIB is seeking a Financial Planning Advisor to support customers across our nationwide branch network in Ireland. You will understand goals and priorities, offering advice on pensions, investments, savings and protection while growing your portfolio through referrals and collaborative partnerships.

The role involves working with over 140 financial planning professionals and may require travel across branches within the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• QFA qualification and a strong customer service mindset are required.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and provide financial planning guidance.
• Experience in pensions, investments, protection and savings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and tailor financial planning solutions.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Engage branch colleagues and stakeholders to create referral opportunities.
• Manage customer opportunities from initial conversation to positive outcomes.
• Support regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives and outcomes.
• Operate with professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
