Job summary

At AIB in Cork, we are seeking ambitious Financial Planning Advisors to support customers across pensions, investments, savings and protection. You will understand goals, build trusted relationships and provide tailored advice through our nationwide branch network.

You will grow your portfolio via referrals and collaboration with branch colleagues, business centres and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Strong customer focus and genuine interest in helping customers plan for their financial future.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with branch colleagues and stakeholders to deliver for customers.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers, delivering financial planning solutions tailored to their needs and goals.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings, ensuring customer needs remain central to recommendations.
• Grow and manage your portfolio through referrals and partnerships with branches and other teams.
• Engage and motivate branch colleagues, centers and stakeholders to generate quality referral opportunities.
• Handle customer opportunities from initial conversation to a positive outcome.
• Uphold professionalism and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
