AIB in Dublin is seeking ambitious, customer-focused Financial Planning Advisors to support customers across pensions, investments, savings and protection. You will develop relationships with existing customers, grow your portfolio through referrals, and work in a nationwide branch network with over 140 professionals.

Formación

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Strong customer focus and genuine interest in helping customers plan for their financial future.
• Proven track record as a team player with focus on collaboration and process efficiency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify opportunities and deliver positive customer outcomes.
• Commitment to operating within regulatory and professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customers, delivering tailored financial planning solutions.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Engage and motivate branch colleagues and stakeholders to generate referral opportunities.
• Manage customer opportunities from initial conversation to positive outcome.
• Support regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives and drive outcomes.
• Operate to high standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
