Job summary

AIB is hiring a Financial Planning Advisor for its Cork-based nationwide branch network. You will assess customers’ goals and priorities, delivering advice across pensions, investments, savings and protection to help them secure their financial future.

You will build long-term relationships, grow your portfolio through referrals and collaborate with branch teams to deliver strong customer outcomes while complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified.
• Experience providing financial planning advice.
• Experience working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and tailor financial planning solutions.
• Provide advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Engage and motivate branch colleagues and stakeholders to generate referrals.
• Manage customer opportunities from initial conversation to a positive outcome.
• Support achievement of regional/local Customer Financial Planning objectives.
• Operate to high standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
