Job summary

ALONE is seeking a fully employed Support Coordinator in Ireland to join our team in Rathmines, Terenure and Templeogue. This field-based role requires travel within the community, a full clean driving licence and own car, and a 35-hour week.

You will assess needs, coordinate services, and advocate for older people to improve quality of life. You will work to establish referrals with agencies, manage KPIs, and ensure high-quality service delivery while using technology to support data management
