Job summary

Curative Care in The Municipal District of Mullingar — Kinnegad is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to provide essential case management for children ages 0-3 with developmental delays. This role involves conducting screenings, organizing evaluations, and linking families with community resources.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Family Service Coordinator preferred.
• One year of supervised experience working with families with special needs preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management/service coordination for children ages zero to three.
• Conduct screenings and facilitate eligibility determination.
• Link families with community resources.
