We’re Hiring: Community Support Workers & Social Care Workers

Coral Care Services is a values-driven organisation providing community-based respite support for children with disabilities, helping them to take part in everyday activities and meaningful experiences within their local communities. Working alongside the Health Service Executive, we are committed to delivering person-centred care that promotes inclusion, confidence and wellbeing for the children and families we support.

We are currently recruiting Community Support Workers in Dundalk and Drogheda, and Social Care Workers in Carrickmacross. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

The Role

You will support children with disabilities during evening and weekend community outings, ensuring they feel included, safe and supported while enjoying activities such as:

• Clubs and group activities
• Swimming
• Parks and outdoor outings

About You

• Passionate about supporting children
• Patient, caring and reliable
• Experienced working with children with disabilities
• Qualified or experienced as an SNA, HCA, Social Care Worker or Childcare Professional (QQI Level 5 preferred)
