Job summary

ProSource Group in Ireland is seeking an Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join its growing energy practice. You will lead energy audits, BER assessments, and advise on energy performance and carbon reduction for public and private sector clients.

You will analyse energy data, identify efficiency opportunities, and help ensure compliance with SEAI schemes and EU regulations while collaborating with project teams to deliver sustainable building solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) or Energy/Sustainability discipline.
• Strong experience in energy auditing, BER assessing and sustainability consultancy.
• Familiarity with SEAI accreditation (SI 426) and/or CEM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy audits, BER assessments, and sustainability projects for clients.
• Advise on energy performance, carbon reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse energy data and translate findings into practical client solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability into design, construction and operations.
• Support delivery of SEAI-accredited energy audits and compliance with EU regulations.
