STRIVE Search is seeking a Digital Content Creator for a remote role covering Ireland. You will own the complete content lifecycle from concept and scripting to filming and editing, with emphasis on engaging short-form video for fintech audiences.

You will manage shoots, content calendars and social channels, delivering both organic and paid content that translates customer stories into entertaining consumer content while representing the brand across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' relevant experience in digital content or video production.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Comfort with on-camera appearances and creating ads for social platforms (Meta/TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Manage shoots and content calendars, brand ambassador and UGC activity.
• Own content production from concept to filming, editing, and delivery with a focus on short-form video.
• Create organic and paid social content translating financial products and customer stories into engaging content.
