Job summary

Allianz Ireland is seeking a Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead IFRS GAAP reporting, quarterly and annual results, and the Financial Statements. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting & Tax, you will steer the Financial & Accounting Reporting team through cycles.

The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid model and requires collaboration with Allianz Group to ensure IFRS/Irish GAAP/Solvency II compliance and timely reporting across groups and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with experience in financial regulated industry.
• Strong IFRS insurance knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS GAAP reporting and external audits.
• Manage a team of finance professionals with daily oversight.
• Ensure IFRS17, Irish GAAP and regulatory reporting compliance.
• Collaborate with Allianz Group and cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements.
