Bright Valley Ltd T/a Caremark Meath Louth is seeking a Field Care Supervisor at our Ashbourne Office in Ireland. You will report to the Care Manager and work a Tuesday to Saturday rota, 40 hours per week, with 8:00–12:00 and 16:30–20:30 shifts.

The role is field-heavy (about 95%), guiding Care & Support Workers and clients, with 5% admin time in the office. We provide a company car, mobile phone and tablet to support delivering high-quality, person-centred home care.

You will report directly to the Care Manager and work a consistent rota from Tuesday to Saturday , 8.00-12.00 & 16.30-20.30 , totalling 40 hours per week.

About the role

What You'll Do:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence of your designated care areas. You will strategically manage your schedule to effectively monitor and provide unparalleled support to our Care & Support Workers and clients. Your primary focus will be in the field, dedicating approximately 95% of your working week to direct engagement. This hands-on approach ensures robust oversight, promotes best practices, and guarantees the highest standards of person-centred care delivery. The remaining 5% of your time will be spent in the office, efficiently managing essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
