Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking an Identity and Access Management Senior Manager in Dublin to shape secure access across critical systems, cloud services and AI. You will lead high-impact IAM work for clients while growing EY Ireland’s identity capabilities and trusted market presence.

You will design secure IAM architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments, applying zero-trust and least-privilege principles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in identity security and privileged access management.
• Ability to assess risk and design proportionate controls.
• Experience with cloud-native identity services and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of identity and privileged access strategies.
• Design secure identity architectures for cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled environments.
• Advise clients on securing machine identities, service accounts, and interfaces.
• Manage complex engagements from planning to delivery with quality and budget awareness.
• Build governance for non-human identities with lifecycle controls.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to client relationships and market growth.
