Job summary

MetLife Ireland is seeking a Manager, Information Security - Identity & Access Management (IAM) for the EMEA region. This role coordinates IAM operations across multiple countries, partners with risk, compliance, and audit, and ensures access controls align with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Security, IT Risk, IAM or related tech roles.
• Strong IAM models, lifecycle, governance, RBAC, SoD and privileged access.
• Hands-on with MFA, SSO, federation, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, AD, Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight and coordination of IAM operations across EMEA.
• Ensure adherence to global security standards and IAM controls.
• Lead regional IAM projects, governance and remediation initiatives.
• Improve identity governance, access administration, authentication and recertification.
• Collaborate with owners, risk, compliance, audit to ensure controls.
• Identify and remediate access control weaknesses and risks.
• Support audit, evidence collection, issue remediation and control assurance.
• Align IAM with regulatory and business expectations across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate RBAC, SoD, and privileged account management reviews.
• Lead teams delivering IAM services in a complex region.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and governance reporting.
• Monitor progress, elevate risks, and drive accountability.
• Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency with oversight.
