Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking an Identity and Access Management Senior Manager to lead high-impact IAM work across sectors. You will shape access controls for critical systems, cloud services and AI, guiding teams to deliver secure digital transformations while strengthening trust and reducing risk.

You will influence market approach, develop client opportunities and mentor colleagues to build a robust IAM capability within EY Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading identity and access management strategies for large clients.
• Ability to design secure identity architectures and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering IAM in cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategies, policies and controls for clients across sectors.
• Design secure identity architectures for cloud, hybrid and AI-enabled environments.
• Advise on securing machine identities, service accounts and APIs.
• Manage complex engagements with quality, budget and timeline focus.
• Build governance for non-human identities and lifecycle controls.
• Coach teams and contribute to client relationships and market growth.
