Job summary

Asiera seeks an ICT Procurement Specialist to join our Brokerage team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting the full procurement lifecycle, including frameworks, DPSs, tenders, and procurement planning, while engaging with clients and suppliers to deliver value.

You will report to the Brokerage Team Lead and help drive compliant, cost-effective ICT procurements across Ireland, balancing work from home up to three days a week with required in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in an end-to-end procurement lifecycle role.
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Irish and EU procurement rules and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience building constructive relationships with clients, providers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the full procurement lifecycle including frameworks, DPSs and tenders.
• Drive engagement, procurement planning and supplier performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the Brokerage Team Lead and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and value delivery through procurement activities.
