Job summary

Asiera is seeking a procurement professional to support end-to-end procurement activities within the Brokerage team in Ireland. You will help design frameworks, run tenders, and drive supplier engagement across the full lifecycle.

The role requires a solid understanding of Irish/EU procurement rules, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate projects and manage supplier performance. Collaboration with clients and colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an end to end procurement lifecycle role.
• A relevant 3rd level qualification and/or equivalent experience gained in a similar role
• Demonstrable knowledge of Irish and EU procurement rules and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing constructive and co-operative working relationships with clients, providers and colleagues
• Experience in devising plans for contract delivery and managing and monitoring supplier performance over the term of the contract
• Ability to coordinate and direct projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals
• A flexible attitude to the evolving needs of the post and its environment
• Open and transparent with a high degree of personal integrity
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
