Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking a Procurement Manager for a 12-month contract in Ireland / Dublin. You will lead on strategic procurement projects, manage tender processes, and advise on supplier markets.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external legal advisors, and guiding tender evaluations to ensure transparency and timely delivery. The position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting procurement documents and liaising with staff.
• Support sustainable and green procurement practices.
• Publish tender advertisements on eTenders and European Journal.

Responsibilities

• Advise on supply market analysis and conduct market consultations.
• Manage tender process including clarifications and amendments.
• Act as procurement advisor on project steering committees.
• Coordinate with in-house and external legal on tender documents.
• Issue instructions to project SMEs and evaluators.
• Coordinate and chair dialogue meetings with tenderers and evaluators.
• Manage contract execution with successful tenderers.
