Job summary

AirNav Ireland seeks an ICT Analyst to provide frontline and Level 1/2 technical support, manage on‑premises and cloud services, and contribute to governance, security and ICT projects. The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, endpoint management and incident resolution across AirNav Ireland locations and remote workers.

The successful candidate will administer ICT infrastructure, support end‑users, and collaborate with suppliers while upholding service targets and security controls.

Qualifications

• An ICT‑related diploma, degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five years relevant experience in an enterprise ICT environment.
• Demonstrable experience providing frontline user support and Level 1/2 technical support.

Responsibilities

• Frontline User Support, Service Desk and Level 1 Support: act as a professional first point of contact for ICT incidents and user queries.
• Log, categorise, prioritise, own and progress tickets in the approved service management platform.
• Provide Level 1 diagnosis and resolution for common hardware, software, account, printing, connectivity, collaboration and peripheral issues.
• Support users at AirNav Ireland locations and remote workers through approved remote-support tools and onsite assistance.
• Provide administration and Level 1/Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 apps and related services.
• Administer Windows endpoints and perform password resets, MFA registration support and access remediation.
