Job summary

Grifols Worldwide Operations in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced IBP and Product Operations professional to lead monthly product planning and portfolio alignment across functions.

You will drive cross-functional project management for launches, changes, and discontinuations, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Supply, R&D and Finance to support the strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration required.
• 5–10 years experience in operations roles within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or relevant industries.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent; Certified Portfolio Manager (PfMP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in creating Biopharma’s Product Operations Planning department.
• Support implementation of new processes/flows/tools to improve transparency and alignment.
• Manage product launches, changes and discontinuations through stage-and-gate processes.
• Track business case evolution, timelines, and deliverables (cost, revenue, volume).
