Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser who will take ownership of key sections and work closely with the Merchandising and Buying leadership teams to develop trend-led ranges that delight customers.

You will collaborate across functions, manage regional range strategies, and use data and analytics to tailor assortments for Primark's global markets. The role blends commercial insight with detailed planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years' merchandising experience or equivalent.
• Qualification in fashion, analytics or commerce.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strategically minded with numerical ability to spot opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandiser in delivering the sales, stock turn and contribution budgets.
• Support range strategy balancing novelty, colour, price and product attributes by region.
• Manage tools and reporting to review information and conduct trading reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues across a range of skillsets.
• Develop deep product knowledge across Primark categories.
