Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Lead, IAM Automation Governance & Strategy in Ireland to drive governance, risk, and strategy for IAM automation and AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to ensure controlled, secure automation across IAM services.

The role focuses on establishing governance standards, decision frameworks, and oversight to deliver measurable business value while reducing operational risk

Qualifications

• Experience building governance frameworks, policies, and operating models for security/tech programs.
• Knowledge of IAM domains: Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, Identity Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance for IAM automation, Digital Coworkers, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define standards, control requirements, and approval processes for automation solutions in IAM.
• Oversee automation inventories, lifecycle, ownership, and control remediation.
• Develop governance strategy and roadmaps; partner with Product, Eng, Ops, Risk.
