PGIM Ireland is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) User Operations to own governance, controls, and operational outcomes across enterprise platforms. You will partner with security, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant IAM processes.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical expertise, risk awareness, and the ability to influence IAM control maturity across platforms such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years in IAM, security operations, or related technical roles.
• Experience owning or leading IAM operational activities and controls.
• Strong understanding of access provisioning, certifications, entitlement management.
• Hands-on PowerShell for administration, reporting or automation.
• Ability to evaluate access-related risks within control frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

• Oversee IAM operational processes and outcomes across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate access-related risks, exceptions, and control gaps with mitigations.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Compliance, Risk, and business teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes and leverage automation.
• Maintain IAM standards, procedures, reporting, and metrics for audits.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on IAM best practices.
• Support remediation efforts with audit, risk and compliance teams.
