Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) in Ireland is seeking a Lead IAM User Operations to own IAM governance, controls, and operational outcomes across enterprise platforms. You will partner with security, risk, audit, and technology to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access management.

The role supports automation with PowerShell, mentors team members, and ensures governance and audit readiness; it is a hybrid position with on-site presence required at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4–7 years in IAM, security operations, or related roles.
• Experience owning IAM operational activities and controls.
• Strong understanding of access provisioning, certifications, and RBAC/SoD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM operational processes across enterprise platforms.
• Identify risks, gaps, and mitigation actions in IAM controls.
• Collaborate with security, risk, audit, and business teams to meet requirements.
• Leverage PowerShell automation to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Maintain governance documentation, metrics, and audit readiness.
