Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) User Operations professional. This hybrid role requires on-site presence on at least two days per week and focuses on owning IAM governance, controls and operational outcomes across enterprise platforms.

You will partner with Security, Risk, Audit and Business teams to ensure secure, compliant and scalable IAM processes. The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, strong risk awareness and hands-on leadership to elevate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years in IAM, security ops, infrastructure, or related roles.
• Experience owning IAM operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM operational processes and outcomes across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate access risks and determine mitigation actions.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to support IAM requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate IAM processes and leverage PowerShell to improve efficiency, scalability, and control.
• Maintain IAM standards, procedures, documentation, reporting and metrics for governance and audit readiness.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the team promoting IAM best practices.
• Collaborate with audit, risk and compliance teams to support remediation and strengthen controls.
