Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deep clean production lines, equipment and factory areas per cleaning schedules.
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings and surfaces to hygiene standards.
• Remove, clean and reassemble belts and components for production readiness.
• Follow SOPs, food safety requirements and site safety procedures.
• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately.
• Work with Team Leaders, Quality and Production to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support continuous improvement of hygiene and housekeeping across the site.
• Operate across production, boxing, chill and freezer areas as required by the schedule
• Maintain readiness for next day operations.

Help Maintain Exceptional Hygiene Standards in a Fast-Paced Food Manufacturing Environment

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Operator to join our night shift team and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and operational readiness across our site. Your work will directly contribute to product quality, customer satisfaction and ensuring production areas are prepared for the next day's operations.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for deep cleaning production lines, equipment and factory areas in line with strict hygiene procedures and cleaning schedules. This position offers a competitive pay rate of €16.20 per hour and is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards and working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Duties

• You'll help ensure production areas are cleaned, maintained and ready for operation.
• Carry out thorough cleaning of production lines, machinery and equipment in line with cleaning instructions
• Remove, clean and reassemble machine belts and components ready for production
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings and factory surfaces to required hygiene standards
• Work across production, boxing, chill and freezer areas as required by the cleaning schedule
• Follow all SOPs, food safety requirements and site safety procedures
• Complete cleaning checklists and workflow documentation accurately
• Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality and Production teams to maintain hygiene standards
• Support continuous improvement of hygiene and housekeeping standards across the site
