Job summary

Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. is seeking an Underwriting Operations Analyst in Dublin's Ballsbridge to support data capture across multiple lines of business.

You'll work with the Underwriting Team to ensure accurate end-to-end data in our underwriting systems and meet SLAs, contributing to precise financial reporting. You will join a hybrid environment with a vibrant culture and a focus on data quality, regulatory alignment, and collaborative problem-solving within the Hamilton Global

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong numerical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook and Excel.
• Able to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Accurately capture and process data.
• Team player with ability to meet individual targets.
• Motivated and self-starter.
• Experience with Eclipse is beneficial.
• Lloyd's of London experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate and complete data in underwriting system.
• Develop knowledge to understand slips across lines of business.
• Process underwriting documents within SLAs.
• Query resolution within team or with Underwriting Assistants.
• Quality assurance of data entry.
• Ad hoc project work.
• General administrative duties.
• Act in accordance with supervisory bodies and regulations.
